Return & Exchange Policy

HOCHE products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided they are in unused condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please write to support@hocheparis.in with your order details and reason for return or exchange.


General Conditions

  • All products must be returned in unused condition with original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased during B2G1 Sales, Flash Sales, or Final Sales are eligible for replacement or exchange only if a damaged or incorrect item was delivered.
  • Orders with free gifts are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For damaged or defective items, contact support@hocheparis.in within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.

Return Shipment

  • Customers arrange and pay for the return shipping to India warehouse.
  • Return shipping cost is refundable in form of store credit.
  • Order value will be refunded back to original mode of payment.

Return Approval & Instructions

  • All return requests are subject to approval as per policy.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Timeline for Returns & Refunds

  • Customer dispatches the return after approval.
  • Returned item reaches our India warehouse in 8–14 business days.
  • Quality inspection may take up to 48 hours.
  • Refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after quality approval.
